The following paragraphs contain Terms & Conditions under which Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG is engaged in the Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing & Transportation. These Terms & Conditions published, change or update periodically, Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG reserves the right to Change, Delete, Edit or Modify any portion or whole terms & conditions at any time with or without prior notice.

• By accessing, browsing and/ or using www.psg.com.pk , you agree to have read, understood, and agree to and remain bound by the following terms and conditions between you and Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co.
• The service is accessed via the World Wide Web which is independent of www.psg.com.pk and Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co. Your use of the World Wide Web is solely at your own risk and subject to all applicable national and international laws and regulations. Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co has no responsibility for any information or service obtained by you on the World Wide Web.
• We may suspend or vary the whole or any part of the service offered on www.psg.com.pk for any reason, at any time at our sole discretion with notice or without any notice.
• Content (information’s, publications, images and sounds contained on or available through www.psg.com.pk is provided by Pak Sarhad Goods, its affiliates, independent content providers and third parties. • Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG will use its reasonable endeavors to maintain www.psg.com.pk in a fully operating condition. It is not responsible for the results of any defects that exist in www.psg.com.pk. You should not assume that www.psg.com.pk or its content is error free or that it will be suitable for the particular purposes that you have in mind when using it. Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG reserves the right to make subsequent changes to it, and services may be modified, edit, supplemented or withdrawn any time with notice or without any notice.
• PSG is the short form of word ‘Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG; therefore PSG stands for Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG Transport Co or PSG is the exclusive property of Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG Transport Co.

• In case of booking of bane or dangerous items (flammable) will be customers responsibility and in case of law enforcement agencies/ or police case all expenses what so ever are there will be born by the customers/ clients also, Goods booked in Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG, will be according to declaration made by the customers/ clients. In case of wrong declaration then all responsibilities will be on customers/ clients.
• Customers/ clients or his representative should be present with goods/ cargo & will responsible for its safe custody till its booking is made.
• Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG shall not be responsible to pay any damage compensational penalty for delay in delivery of the goods consigned that may due to machine trouble, strike, government bands and accident in transit & beyond our power or act of GOD. The goods herby are the exclusive property of the owners (consigners) and Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG does not hold it self-responsible for the contraband goods sent through them, misdeclaration by the consigner in all cases be responsible for all such violation of the government laws that may be in force from time to time.
• Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG has every right to charge freight any time they like and can refuse to deliver the goods/ cargo/ shipments before receiving the full payment.
• No goods shall be delivered without presenting original T.R. (bilty, Dispatch note), in case of the T.R. (bilty, Dispatch note) is issued in the name of customers/ clients or self than the goods of such bilties will be delivered after getting receipt otherwise for any transaction between senders and receivers of goods for which Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG will not be responsible.
• Expenses of octrai, district tax and later government taxes will be received according to receipts complaints of increase and decreases customers/ clients themselves should make to the relevant department; transporters and drivers are not responsible, In case the octri or customs authorities assess the goods wrongly the transport company Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG will not be responsible for Sender, Government Authorities or Government laws, faults as the case may be.
• The decision of our Office Management/ team of Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG in all matters of disputes shall be final and clear on the sender who book goods/ cargo/ shipment & all claims shall be lodge in head office. Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG reserve the right to vary the terms of this contract from time to time, such variations becoming effective immediately upon posting of the terms & conditions of use on www.psg.com.pk or in hard copy of Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co Office record.

• Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG reserves the right of Inspection of Consignments, but is not required, to open and inspect any package/ cargo or shipments tendered to it for transportation.

• PAK SARHAD GOODS OR PSG RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHECK THE CONSIGNMENTS, BUT IS NOT REQUIRED, TO OPEN AND INSPECT ANY PACKAGE TENDERED TO IT FOR TRANSPORTATION.

• Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG shall not be responsible for the leakage of liquid and the breakage of sensitive sanitary ware/ glass ware or any other loss suffered from fire, water, chemicals, or any reaction is appeared due to climate or improper packaging of Goods/ Cargo & the entire responsibility and risk of such Goods/ Cargo is of shipper/ customer/ clients whatsoever who book or send cargo, Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG is not responsible.
• It is the responsibility of the shipper/ customer/ clients whatsoever who book or send cargo to ensure that proper packaging is used and that content of packages are adequately and securely packed, wrapped, and cushioned for transportation.
• Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG reserves the right to refuse to provide service, among other reasons, for any package any time with reason or without any reason; Packages/ Cargo must be so packed or wrapped as to meet the requirements set forth in the Safe Transit.

• It is the duty of shipper/ customer/ clients whatsoever who book or send cargo to get insured their Goods/ Cargo etc before booking (to cover any type of mishap; any sort of which is beyond power; fire; accidental, cuase to machinery & e.g. acts of GOD etc) Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG is not responsible.
• The insurance is not included in freight charges there for Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG is not responsible for any type of accidental cover.
  

• In case of any mis hap like strike, government bans or any un happening activity etc, Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG have the right to Interrupt some of service or whole services displayed on www.psg.com.pk or in any agreement with shipper/ customer/ clients whatsoever who book or send cargo.
• It is the responsibility of the shipper/ customer/ clients whatsoever who book or send cargo to ensure that a shipment or shipments provide to Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG, does not violate any federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations applicable to a shipment or Shipments. No service shall be rendered by Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG in the transportation of any shipment that is prohibited by applicable law or regulation of any federal, state, provincial, or local government in the origin or destination region.
• Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG shall not be liable for any interruption of service due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of GOD; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or Commissions of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer; Hazardous Materials packages improperly offered for transport; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment; riots, strikes or other labour disputes; civil issues; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and natural disasters.

• Incase item are not receive at the specified destination of the client than its clients duty to report with in one week from the date of issue of the T.R. (bilty or dispatch note) in question, other wise Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG will not responsible of any delays, losses or damages.
• If the consignee does not take delivery of goods/ cargo/ shipment (what so ever to book) with in two weeks & inform the transport company/ Pak Sarhad Goods or PSG about the goods/ cargo/ shipments status, The transport company reserve to charge the warehouse charges or handling charges (condition to goods) or have the right to putting the same in public auction, as for the difference of shortage in dues of Pak Sarhad goods Transport Co or PSG same may be recovered from the Sender.
  

• All claims against the company shall be made in writing before taking delivery of the goods in whose respected the claim is to be lodge. No claim shall be entertained after delivery is affected.
• In case driver, rider not delivers the goods according to the T.R. (Bilty, Dispatch note) then its very essentials for the shipper/ customer/ clients whatsoever who book or send cargo of destination/ source that they should make it written report of missing cartons, boxes and should inform Pak Sarhad Goods Transport Co or PSG immediately & as well to driver, rider; If fail to do so than there after Pak Sarhad Goods or PSG will be not responsible for any loss or activity.
